Here you will find my frequently asked questions that you may have before your session, or before you get booked. Please reach out with any more questions you may have!

How does booking with

work?

Step One:

Look over your session packages and decide which session is best for you!

Step Two:

Inquire for your session by clicking on my booking site and selecting a date / time.

Step Three:

After you submit a date and time request, I will manually approve the session if the time works for me as well! This could take a couple of days.

Step Four:

After I approve your session date/time, you will then be required to confirm your session on your end. Sometimes I may suggest another time, so confirming your session one more time ensures that you see a time change. That does not happen often, but I just want to double confirm everything!

Step Five:

After everything is set, I will schedule your documents, and email you with any questions I may have or answer ones that you have. The documents include a questionnaire, a contract, and the invoice!

Step Six:

Here comes the fun part... waiting for session day! When session day arrives, I will send you a pin to my location via text to help direct us to one another. I hope to bring to life all your visions for your session!

FAQ

"HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS BACK?"

It takes about 2 weeks from your session day to receive your full gallery!

"AFTER I SELECT A DATE TO BOOK, HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO EXPECT AN APPROVAL?"

Yay! After you submit a date, I should have checked it and approved the date within five days. It hopefully will not take that long, but you never know with life! If I have not approved it after this time period, feel free to double email me: ryanncheekphotography@gmail.com

"Is there a travel fee?"

Any session over a 20 minute commute will have a travel fee. I understand that travel fees can be annoying, but this helps ensure travel costs are covered so I can make your session personable to YOU!

"How and when do I pay?"

Talking about money can be uncomfortable! So we can clear the air here. After you have looked over my pricing and selected the session you are wanting, I will send you an invoice! The Invoice will be due 24 hours before the session. Invoices are an easy way for my clients to pay, and for me to keep track of costs!

"Do we get sneak peaks?"

Yes! It is very hard to wait for photos, I understand! Within 48 hours, you will receive a few sneak peaks in your email! I will also post a few of my favorites to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. When the full gallery is complete, I will send an email over to you. You a free to do whatever you want with them!

"How will we receive our photos?"

Once your gallery is complete, I will send you an email saying that the gallery is ready! By clicking that email, you will be redirected to my website that holds all of your photos! Everyone that has given me an email will have access to download photos within the gallery!

"I don't see the session that I want to book in your offered sessions, can you do it?"

I am always down to try new things! If you are not finding the session you want in my offered session, that is okay! Please still reach out to me, and we can create a package together.

"Do you require a deposit?"

I do not! All invoices must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your session day.
